How the wheel stays fair
No one can pay to land on the wheel.
Spins are decided by what's near the person, what they asked for, and whether you're open. That's why people trust where it sends them, and why a claimed, accurate listing is the best thing you can do for your spot.
How to claim
Three steps.
- Find your venue in Chuuze. Spin until it lands on you, or search your area.
- Tap "Is this your business? Claim it" at the bottom of your venue's page. It opens a short form with your details already filled in.
- Check your hours and tags, then send. We confirm you're connected to the venue, usually within a couple of days, and your changes go live.
