Is Chuuze free?
Yes. It's free to download and re-spins are free at launch.
Where does it work?
Across the UK, with more than 170,000 places to eat, drink and do. Our hand-checked places are in Hackney, East London, and we're adding more areas.
Why does it say "Hours not confirmed"?
We only say a place is open when we know its hours. If we don't, we tell you so you can check before you set off.
Chuuze sent me somewhere closed or wrong.
Sorry about that. Email us the place name and town and we'll fix or remove it. Venue owners can also claim their listing to keep it right.
How do I turn location on or off?
Chuuze only reads your location when you tap "Use my location". You can type a postcode or city instead, and change the permission any time in your phone's Settings.
Why isn't my review showing?
Every written review, photo and video is checked before it goes public. Most are approved within a day. Your 💚 or ✕ verdict counts straight away.
How do I report a review?
Tap Report on the review. Three reports hide it automatically while we take a look. You can also block someone so you don't see their reviews.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works without one. Sign in with Apple, Google or an email code if you want to keep saved places across phones.
Delete your account
You can delete your account and everything linked to it straight from the app:
- Open Chuuze and tap your name (top right).
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
This removes your account, saved places, history, reviews and their photos straight away. Anonymous 💚/✕ taps stay because they aren't linked to you.
Can't get into the app? Email from the address you signed in with and ask us to delete your account. We'll do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
